Terms and Service Agreement

Party A: Fdalo website

Party B: The poster, the person who posts an ad on our website

Party C: The end user, the person who uses the ad content

Both the poster and the end-user agree to this agreement; then, they can use our website. If they do not agree with this agreement, they cannot use our website. You need to be over 18 years old to use our website.

Party A is responsible for the online ad service. We promise to keep the ad online for two months. Party B is fully responsible for the truth and accuracy of the ad, which he posted. Party C is fully responsible for the discretion of the truth of the ad that he uses.

Party A:

We may remove any unauthorized ads that do not respect our policy. We may establish limits for the service at our discretion. We are not responsible for the ad data lost. The fees charged are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by Party B. Party B is fully responsible for the text or image copyright that he posts, and he is responsible for the truth and accuracy of the ad which he had posted. We may terminate this agreement at any time within 60 days prior to the effective date of termination if it does not respect the agreement. We are not responsible for any loss of any kind from Party B and Party C. We have no obligation to the financial loss from the service of any kind. We may immediately suspend or terminate the service without prior notice.
